Studio Woodwinds (regular, and PRO) Solo Flute individual Legato Patches

I recently picked up Studio Woodwinds, and was loading the Individual Legato Patch for the flute solo, and found that there are no samples assigned to the keymap. Is there an update for the software that I need to install? Or, is there a plan to fix that individual patch?

I also noticed this. Same on Clarinet. Is this a known problem and if so will it be fixed? Thanks
