Hi @Stephen202021

1. Go to Finder and select Command + Shift + G
2. Copy and search for: /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.spitfireaudio.LibraryManagerHelper
3. Delete this file
4. Try and reopen the Spitfire Audio App and install the Helper

@Stephen202021 did you upload the right screenshot? This looks like a different issue that pertains to a Native Instruments library- in which case, you should contact NI Support.

Hi everyone,

If the above solution don't fix this issue you can try the following:

Open terminal, copy and paste the below command and hit enter. Run the app. 

sudo launchctl enable system/com.spitfireaudio.LibraryManagerHelper

If it fails, get in touch with us via a support case and we will look over the permissions relating to this problem which will likely require remote access.

I am also getting this error message like everyone else. And it's 2023 with (what looks like) no hope of ever getting this solved. {sheesh}
