Has anyone experienced issues with Jangle Box Piano midi??

I recently purchased the Originals Jangle Box Piano, and every time I launch the plugin whether VST or AU I have issues with registering midi thru the plugin right away. Specifically my F keys will not work right away. Sometimes it fixes itself other times I have no luck. Has anyone else experienced this when using this plugin and are there any know ways to remedy it?

    Hi @OPVll I can't say that I'm familiar with that particular issue, so I've gone ahead and created a support ticket to look into this further.
