Spitfire Solo Cello not available in Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol [Solved]
UPDATE: Never mind, I got it working. I forgot you need to add the Spitfire product serial number into the Native Access app to register the product. All's good--and it's always something. :)
I purchased and installed Spitfire Solo Cello yesterday, but I can't get it to show up in the latest versions of Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol. (Spitfire Solo Violin is visible and works fine.) I've followed Native Instrument's procedures for rebuilding the database, but no joy. Did I miss a step? Thanks.
