Colored C-2 Key LABS

As you can see, some LABS presets have their own c-2 key colored. What is the function of this key? Why is its color different depending on the instrument?

    Hi @johnjurado514

C-2 resets the round robin to the first sample (RR1). Helpful if you want to use a specific RR in LABS Percussion for example.

  • Don't know if this helps but in other Spitfire libraries they denote keyswitches (usually green). For example in BBC SO they can be used to change articulation. Hadn't noticed them before in Labs but you're right. For a couple of instruments I loaded there is a single c-2 switch, but didn't make a difference when using them.
