Are BBC Core NKS/Komplete Kontrol Menus Abridged

I just got a Komplete Kontrol S61. In Komplete. I can open BBC Core, however, the articulations are missing. Is this by design or am I missing something? This is what I see.

Komplete Kontrol S61, Komplete 13, Ableton 11, MB Pro M1, Big Sur.

Thank you

    Hi @TomTom

By default the BBC SO Plugin will open in 'collapsed' mode. You can open the technique menu by selecting the collapse/ uncollapse button.

Also, I can see you have an error in the top corner. If this is Error 1, make sure you have installed the library in Rosetta mode, and have opened your DAW/ KK App also in Rosetta (Intel). • Thank you Angus

  • This problem still exists when using several Spitfire Audio products in Komplete Kontrol 2.8.1. I have Abbey Road One, BBSO Discover and Epic Brass & Woodwinds and each opens in collapsed mode even when the default size is set to 'Expanded' in the instrument settings.

I have also checked the settings files (On Windows 10 this is C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Spitfire Audio\Settings\[instrument name].settings) and made sure the defaultCollapsed parameter is set to 0.

If this is a bug, it would be a useful time-saver not to have to expand each instrument every time it is opened.
