Epic String - Error #4 can't be fixed? [Solved]
Hi!
I just encountered a problem with Epic Strings. Have red exclamation icon on top left corner which says Error #4. I tried to reset whole library, it says you don't have enough reset counts (!!! What?), I tried to reset only updates, the same, anyway after full redownload I have red icon and no presets loaded. Spitfire Audio library manager don't show that there are problems.
And this happens on both my computers.
Epic Strings library is the only one that didn't follow folder concept - it's folder name is different.
Any other libraries from Originals (Epic Brass & Woodwinds, Cinematic Pads and Intimate Strings) are loading without any problems.
Used: Windows 10 (20H2), Cubase Pro 11

Thank you, Angus!
It's fixed. At least on main machine. Can I copy whole folder to second machine rather than downloading.

Hi Arthur,
Yes, you can copy the folder over to another hard drive for your second machine and then Repair All LABS.
NB: currently you cannot use a Spitfire Plugin library from the same hard drive between two devices.
