Hi all. This is Ben from Spitfire Audio. If you are trying to download a new product and you are getting the error "FAILED! Please try later" please know that we are trying our best to resolve the issue and I will update this when it is resolved.

I'm afraid there's nothing you can do other than to wait for us to fix the issue.

    @SDH we had a momentary problem with updating our App yesterday which meant that some of our customers got caught in an updating Limbo. If your App exhibits an error, I recommend downloading the App again from our website before contacting support. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    I am struggling with same problem here.. I was going to download bbc orchestra professional. I am able to download plug in about discover and core, but other professional download file is in a trouble how can I solve it??
