Missing samples Studio Strings [Solved]

I bought Studio Strings for a class that I'm in and probably 25% or so (I haven't counted but at a glance) simply don't play. It's as if that particular articulation doesn't exist. Example: If I want to use spiccato I have to get it from the individual articulations folder, I can't select it as I might select long or pizz from the main patch. OR something that should be in the individual articulations I have to get in the core techniques if it is available as a selection.

I am redownloading and installing as I type this.

Side note I am having a similar issue with EastWest libraries.

Am I doing something wrong? Is this a normal problem? Am I just a schmuck?

It's worth checking out the mapping. I've had problems before when I had to rebuild my computer and all the mappings went for a Burton. I had to re-map everything.

Or, the other thing I've found is that with some libraries (particularly BBC and Abbey Road) there's a bit of a delay in loading.

Any 'blank' articulations are placeholders which allow the patches to share a script and have consistent layout, key switches and mappings between different instruments and sections.

If you need to load multiple patches, you could use a Kontakt Multi, and then set up UACC Keyswitching across the multi to access the articulations you need.

I appreciate the input but no. For example I have ONLY bartock pizz loaded and there is no sound. so there is no key switching to be had when there is only one patch.
