Hello,

I have been working for several weeks on a music project. Five days ago, my Monogram Console was no longer responding. When I fired everything up, the Monogram images came up showing that when I moved the faders they were actually moving. But when I began the faders did nothing. I did the usual turn off/turn on without success. I emailed tech support at Monogram but now five days later still no response. If any of you have any suggestions I would welcome any ideas.

    Might not help but I think I remember updating my Monogram Creator Software to a new version last week. Might be worth a try if this applies in your case.
