Can I delete core if I have professional?

As far as I can see, the Core sample files match their "Mix 1" counterparts in the Pro sample folders, so my guess is that Pro uses its own copies rather than going to Core. As long as you don't need mode-switching, you could try renaming Samples/_Core and if anything breaks... :-)
A more "supported" way to save space might be to delete Pro microphones that you're not using. Looks like each Pro mic position uses about the same as all of Core (Core is 25GB, vs 29GB for the "CL01" Pro mic position, for example). Spitfire have published a procedure for that here:
