"The application does not have write access to the install location" when using defaults
Hey there,
Downloaded the spitfire app for OSX and accepted /Library/Audio/Plugins as the install location, but nothing will install and I cannot see anywhere to give the spitfire app permissions through Privacy and Security in Sys Preferences.
What do I do?
Also I cannot install it to an external drive unless its APFS or Journaled, which seems pretty not great to me given I can install literally anything else even pro tools project files and other VST libraries including Superior Drummer... why is that?

Actually its ok, I'm going to use something else. I can't figure out how to actually load the plugin in my DAW and the instructions aren't great. Thanks for the freebie, but better luck next time :)
