Are there any controls so as to...

1....move the key range that triggers the sound?

Say I want to play D2 but via note A4.

2...delay the start of the sound so as to appropriately layer it in a large orchestration.

Say I want the drum to sound only after holding a key a given time, or only when releasing a key.
