Problems exporting BBCSO mix from Logic?

Hey guys...

Whenever I try to bounce my BBCSO orchestral compositions from Logic, my midi samples aren't exporting with all the automated data from the tracks/project. Instruments pop in and out randomly, dynamics show up intermittently... Sometimes I'll get that pulsing/popping sound (that I assume is the audio driver?) as well in my bounced track.

Suggestions on what I should be doing with my audio driver and DAW when I'm exporting compositions with lots of midi sample tracks?
