Hello @JordanMarlez, if you retrieve the original Google forms submission email you would have received, you should have the option to edit the Form there!

Hello @Andyy, can I confirm wether or not you've checked your spam folder and that you are looking for the confirmation email using the email address you used to submit your initial Form?

Hi Morgan,
Yeah, I have checked my spam folder and I am sure its the right email address I am looking at.
Thank you for your reply.

Hi! Did you solve the issue? I'm having the same problem and can't really see how to fix it. Thanks for any help!

Hi @Morgan,
Well no email, neither in the spams. I'll redo the subscription from scratch then.
Kind regards,
Jordan

Hello @Andyy, I am not entirely sure why you're not getting a confirmation. I would try submitting again from your primary email. In any case, duplicate submissions will be considered.

Thank you for your help, but I didn’t receive any mail from google…:( may be it takes a long time

hello,Â
it's the same for me. I filled out the form yesterday, but nothing came back to me, no email, neither on the personal email address, nor on the one associated with my Youtube account.
I'm hesitant to do it again...
Any help would be invaluable.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT :
I have just sent a new form with my contact details identically. But still no confirmation email or acknowledgment of receipt of the form. No spam, no misplaced mail in an exotic category...
I'm skeptical

As I still had no notification yesterday, I filled in the form again, as I said in my previous message.
And then, I received two notification emails that correspond to my two forms...
Could this be considered a duplicate?
Is it necessary to start the whole operation again by erasing my video for a new one and starting from scratch?

Hello !
After posting my YouTube entry for the competition, I can't find anywhere my video when I am looking on the hashtag page on YouTube. My video is invisible there.
Is this normal ? I am a bit worried about my visibility.
Thank you for your time,
Côme

Hi! I didn't receive any mail like you even after 2 tries . I noticed that in my account on YouTube, in the description under the video, there is a kind of warning: reclamation concerning copyright...Do you have something like that?

thank you for your message. I received the next day the notifications of my two attempts at the same time. But therefore my problem is to know if because of these two attempts there is no risk of my application being rejected, even if it is the same video?

As today aug 19, there is more then 1400 entry for the competition.
This made more then 42 hours of listening.
Wondering how all of this can be judge ? :)

Hello everyone, i noticed that in the #mybridgertonscore Youtube "Folder" there are 1600 videos, but only 239 visible. I searched for mine and it wasn't visible. My question is: Are the submission checked through the Google Doc or directly on Youtube? I wouldn't want mine and many others not to be heard

Does the submitted trailer clip length need to match the original? I have a reverb tail that last for a bit longer than the video, and would prefer not to cut it short.Scratch that, I've made it work :)

I had the same problem. What was the solution? Thanks so much.

I am also having an issue where YouTube removed the score audio and left the clip dialogue. Does anyone know how to fix that?

It's all in the explanation video, you cannot monetise it because the video has copyright, but it won't affect anything else, you can promote it, you can keep it in the portfolio. Of course you cannot say that it was commissioned work by netflix or anything of that nature. But you wont get strikes on the channel. Just watch the explanation video, everything is going to be clearer.

Hello all - I also have submitted my video yesterday and haven´t recieved a confirmation mail. Only by Google-Forms (but this is it not, right?) - I have uploadet again with an other email-adress: [email protected] - and now its seen at least in the web. But how can I be sure, that the people of Spitfire got it or not? And now I want to edit again a little bit.

Thank you for this. Can you please provide a link to the explanation video? I am not sure which one you are referring to.

Having this same issue, the audio plays on my computer but once uploaded to youtube it was removed and Ive submitted my link already.

Hi - like some others on here, I'm struggling to upload my video to YouTube as it keeps removing my score due to copyright issues. Would really appreciate some advice!

Simple question: how to completely cancel an outdated form?
I had to repost a video, and therefore I don't want to submit the old form which no longer corresponds to anything.
thank you

Any solutions to this?

Morning all, I'm going to reply to some of the latest common questions here:
@Krisp No worries about cancelling the original form, if there are two entries under your name/email with the same youtube link we will just use one to judge and disregard the other, you won't be disqualified for entering twice.
@Côme @Dr_Rina1di We will access entries directly from the google sheet that is generated by the google form entries, as long as you submitted and the video is set to public there will be no issues for us to access it.
Edit: Please also make sure there are no typos in your tag, and that your video is set to Public for it to be picked up by the hashtag. If you search #mybridgertonscore on Youtube you'll see a green tag icon as the first result. Click on that and you see the tag has 2.6K videos/channels attached to it. Again the video needs to be Public to appear there. It can take a while for YT to pick up all videos associated with a tag, so don't fret if yours doesn't show
And again: as long as you submitted the form with your link, we'll judge it, as we will use the link directly to go to the video.
@Chrisonsax the google form confirmation is indeed the confirmation of entry for your submission, if you got that it means you entered.
@DreakTaylor @annierewshaw @billy_cash @lukesdoveson @silvanstarfire @EtienneMialet and anyone finding the issue with copyright strike and no audio on youtube:
Can you please make sure you don't have the video set to be monetised?
Also please make sure it's not an issue with the format you used to export the audio, more on that here: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/58134?hl=en-GB

Thank you Nico.
I managed to solve the problem - I needed to re-export the video from iMovie/Premiere Pro instead of directly from Logic. Hope this helps others, too!
1 -
Thank Nico, I actually solved my issue y re-exporting the video from logic but not enabling the original audio to the video.

... just went to submit and it's disappeared again! Anyone else had better luck?
