Kotakt Didn't Show Products After typing Serial Numbers

I purchased the Spitfire Studio Orchestra and trying to download it on Native Access after typing down the serial number, but when I was finished, they didn't show up for some reason. It says it was successful and it would be available in a new tab, but I don't know where to find and put it on my preferences. Do you know how? Please let me know.

    Not sure if you are aware but you need to download and install the Spitfire App. You can then download Studio Orchestra using the app.
