Resonate Install

Ok, seems I’m in a bit of a pickle…

I thought that I could download Resonate on my laptop on a Wi-Fi hotspot, transfer it to my offline studio pc, and any additional authorizations could be done through my simple cellular hotspot.

is this not possible?

I get the lack of response means it’s not possible. I’ve ordered internet now as I need to do the YouTube reviews in a timely matter and will go from there to repair the install.
