Procedural control of Kepler tempo

Hello forum.

I'd like to be able to control the tempo of Kepler procedurally using MaxMSP and would like to know what MIDI messages Kepler accepts to control that. I've tried sending MIDI clock (248) but Kepler seems to ignore that message. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
