Practicly every time I want use the BBC SO - Discover I got the Error #1 and need to repair my installation.

Is there anything I can do to use the product without getting such error?

    Thanks to the support center I learned that I had to disable the random hardware addresses of my Wi-Fi connection.

    In Windows in Spanish this is the route:

    Inicio > Configuración > Red e Internet > Wi-Fi > Administrar redes conocidas > (la red en cuestión) > Propiedades > Direcciones de hardware aleatorioas > Desactivar > Desactivada
