Samples do not download

I can't get my Felt Piano and Cinematic Soft Piano to download the samples folders. Patches and Presets download fine, and LABS work fully - samples included.

I've tried resetting, tried logging out and in, tried repairing after the download, tried manually deleting the full folder then installing again... I've tried everything I could think of.

Is there a solution to this?

    Re-installing the Spitfire App itself fixed the Cinematic Soft Piano (I have no idea why that worked) but Felt Piano is still busted... and now I've run out of resets. :/
