Studio One and Spitfire Labs

Hello ! I am a new Studio One Professional user who has been looking for a good pipe organ plugin and heard great things about the Spitfire Lab version. However, I am having a horrible time trying to download it. I keep getting what appears to be empty folders.

I followed the instructions to a tee - can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

System is Windows 10, 64 bit.
