No errors detected, but still no signal coming through my DAW output?

I use a MacBook Air, MacOS Big Sur - Version 11.3.1.

I've tried resetting and reinstalling, and I've tried deleting all the files related to Spitfire Audio including the application itself and reinstalling. About a month ago the reinstallation of the app worked, now suddenly it's decided to not let any sample play. I've also checked for any other folders or files confusing the system, in which there is none.

Can anyone tell me why there still isn't any signal or sound coming through my DAW even though the track is rawly unmuted? Is it to do with an update?
